If your concerns relate to accounting, financial reporting, internal control or auditing matters, or if the human resource department is implicated in any violation or suspected violation, you may also contact the Audit Committee Chairperson. Your confidentiality will be protected, subject to applicable law, regulation or legal proceeding.

The Company will investigate any matter so reported and may take appropriate disciplinary and corrective action, up to and including termination. The Company forbids retaliation of any kind against employees who report violations of the Code of Conduct or other illegal or unethical behavior.
